This is made in Jerez from wine fortified with brandy. Sangria is also very popular because it is inexpensive and it is red wine mixed with spices, spirits, and fruit and it is just like punch.
Mexican or Aztec cookery is blended with Spanish idea. Tacos and tortillas are very famous in Mexico where they wrap dishes in. One very famous Mexican dip is Guacamole which is made from mashes avocados mixed with oil and garlic.
Italians are known for their pasta and pizza. The traditional lunch of laborers in the fields is pizza. Each village used to have its open brickwork pizza oven and you could see women returning from the woods with baskets full of mushrooms to make the delicious pizza al funghi. 300 varieties of sausages and 400 kinds of cheeses would make any traveler dizzy at the wide selection. Italian cuisine has been there for ages.
Warming spices like cinnamon are characteristic of Middle Easter food which combine Mediterranean and eastern cooking. In these countries, you eat appetizers, dips, and pickles with delicious breads. They use a lot of pulses like lentils and chick peas with plenty of fresh and interesting salads and a little less meat.
Thai cooking uses lemon grass and lime juice to create delicate and subtle flavors. Bitter, sweet, hot, and sour flavors are combined in their foods. Fish sauce and noodles are used a lot in their cooking.
